Assessment
SPA takes a deep dive with you into your current business operations. We’ll baseline the current state of project and portfolio management, document processes, and review existing documentation.
Gap Analysis
SPA will compare your operations to recommended practices, industry standards, and success models we’ve developed and put in-place for other clients. We’ll look at what the organization is trying to accomplish, and identify key areas that may be constraining your ability to efficiently execute.
Remediation Plan
SPA adds value by recommending specific actions designed to strengthen your ability to deliver projects that align to strategy. The remediation plan is a directional roadmap that serves as a starting point for putting the solution set in-place.
Charter and Project Plan Document
The assessment can do a great job of telling us what needs to be done. But putting it in-place is entirely another matter. It’s much more challenging and takes a special blend of teamwork, drive, interpersonal skills, technical expertise, organizational change management and more to create a set of plans that can be successfully implemented. We take a very collaborative approach and work with your teams to put together a clear statement of opportunity, detailed scope and deliverables, and defined outcome expectations. The approach is to work 1:1 with key participants so that by the time we all come to the table, there is broad agreement on what we’re doing and why. That enables us to develop detailed cost, scope and schedule, a workable execution strategy, and metrics to help ensure the project will deliver expected business benefits.
